Billing Transparency.
When Time Starts : Billing begins the moment our team arrives at your pickup location.
When Time Ends: Billing stops at the drop-off address once our movers have finished unloading and completing all furniture assembly.
Flexible Billing: After the initial 2-hour minimum, rates are conveniently pro-rated in 15-minute increments, ensuring you only pay for the time you actually use.

What is a Trip Fee?
A trip charge (or travel fee) is a standard, flat-rate fee that covers the cost of transporting the crew, moving equipment, and specialized tools to your location. This fee compensates for fuel, mileage, and vehicle maintenance, ensuring our truck arrives fully equipped with shrink-wrap, dollies, and tools to handle your move efficiently.
Toll Roads: For your convenience, our trucks are equipped with EZ TAG. Our company covers all toll road costs—you will never be billed extra for tolls taken during your move.
